It’s been a long time coming, but I’m finally bringing you round 2 of my small business spotlight series. This one focuses on a friend of mine, Adam Odgaard, who happens to own Clean Reflections Detailing, one of the few high-end mobile detailing companies in Indianapolis. He started the business fairly recently just a couple of years ago, but already Adam has become the go-to guy for car enthusiasts across town. Among a few of the cars in his portfolio are Porsches, Audis, BMWs, Ferraris, and the Maserati GranTurismo S featured here. Read ahead for more details.
Not surprisingly, Adam is an entrepreneurship major from Ball State University. His experience with Clean Reflections should be a great experience-builder to apply to future endeavors. Also, much like Jon Brewer Photography, Adam and Clean Reflections are big with internet marketing. He is frequently found on many of the car forums, is active on Twitter and Facebook, and sponsors at several car shows each year, one of which I’ll be sponsoring as well: Midwest Volksfest.
Clean Reflections has a wide variety of options available for automotive detailing, which range from $20 for a basic wash to nearly $300 for an ultimate detail.
What I’ve noticed that sets Clean Reflections apart from the competition is Adam’s intense eye for detail and quality. He came into today’s detail with several large tubs of microfiber towels, ensuring that he is always using a clean towel on the car. He also makes sure to use the highest quality products. You won’t find any of Adam’s waxes, sealants, or protectants at any local retailer. He has gone through the time to search for high-end products to match the high-end vehicles that he details.
While this company is quite new, Adam has taken the right first steps with Clean Reflections Detailing and focused on the important aspects of a small business. His quality is lauded by the car enthusiast community, and his customers are quick to give positive feedback about his work and character. In fact, a vast majority of his projects are referral-based, further proving the work that he puts forth. For those of you who really take pride in your car, I definitely recommend giving Adam a call and letting him bring your ride back to life.
