According to Nikon (and many of its users) the D300/D300s are phenomenal cameras when it comes to low-light photography. I decided to put this to the test late last night and poke around downtown Indianapolis. Check out after the break for some interesting photos.
After a brief run-in with winter, Mother Nature finally realized that it’s only October, and has brought back some beautiful autumn weather to Indiana. Of course, me being armed with my new Nikon D300s, I had to go play. I took a stroll through Ft. Benjamin Harrison State Park in Lawrence, IN. It’s gorgeous in the fall. Unfortunately, my 70-200mm lens is in NY being repaired, so my creativity was a bit capped. Anyways, click after the break for some photos, and maybe a little video.
P.S. – All of these images are available for print. Just click “Order” up above and find your way to the “Artwork” section and browse around.
I finally bit the bullet and upgraded my camera body. Being a Nikon guy, I opted for the new Nikon D300s. Let’s do some quick comparison from old to new.

Crazy improvement!
I’ve also implemented a credit card payment system for things such as deposits and payments towards a wedding and such. There is a 3% fee to cover the fees that I have to pay to use the system, but it’s a lot more convenient for couples who already have their bank accounts overloaded with other wedding expenses and such. If you want to do a payment by credit card, feel free to email me and I will set up an invoice/shopping cart for you. I hope this will prove to be a good convenience to you guys!
